EKTAA is North Carolina State University’s premiere South Asian Student Organization. The word EKTAA means “unity” and therefore illustrates the organization’s motto of “Unity within Diversity.”
Since being founded in 1970, EKTAA has grown to over 150 members consisting of undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and staff all of whom are South Asian and non South Asian.
Through out the school year, EKTAA holds social and service events to infom NC State as well as the community about South Asian Culture.
